Executive Assistant, Lana Dowd joined the Greenlight team in November 2019. Her background in customer service, including 5 years at ASB Group and 7 years in Real Estate ensures she understands every minute detail of the process our clients’ go through. Armed with insider knowledge from the banking and real estate industries, Lana’s focus on the customer experience is an asset to Greenlight and a skill we are proud to showcase.

With experience in Real Estate and Banking, Lana has the know how to navigate the ins and outs of legal applications.

One of Lana’s key strengths is her communication skill, which she uses to great effect compiling Greenlight’s monthly newsletter, blog posts, and social media content.

Lana is married and just celebrated her 10th Wedding Anniversary.


Her and hubby have two girls and live in the Albany area. Lana loves to enjoy adventures of all sorts with her friends and family. A frequenter at beaches on Auckland’s North Shore, Lana will take any opportunity to escape farther afield, including climbing mountains or doing multiday hikes around NZ, A slightly closeted petrol head, partial to a manual gearbox and the odd motorsport event, Lana is as at home on the track as she is at home, being creative with home décor and dreaming up new delights in the kitchen.
